With strategic backing and a strong balance sheet, this group are at the stage now where they would like to bring on board, an internal Business Development (Channel Sales) Manager to facilitate their current and growing partnership demands. This role will report directly to a Head of Sales & Marketing whose own relationships and networks in the industry will assist you to make a name for yourself - furthering your own personal brand and reputation (as well as your earnings $$$). Your Responsibilities Manage existing agents & channel sales partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of sales campaigns and sales targets Assist with planning, developing, delivering and reporting on dynamic digital marketing campaigns, alongside Head of Sales & Marketing Facilitate a high level of sales within both Retail and Wholesale environments, constantly aiming to out-do taregst and KPI's Represent the brand, the team and the business to a level that ensures industry recognition and growth of market share Communicate with clients and partners in the lead up to settlement to ensure they are prepared, continuing to build brand equity post sale You Will Need Ideally 5 years in a similar role within Channel Sales Management, Property Development Sales or Property Development Marketing A proven network of current and successful industry relationships Ability to build good, strong and long lasting relations with clients, stakeholders and external agencies/channel partners Desire to work in a small team and potentially take on a mentoring role down the track for more junior sales associates or similar Organised nature with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and relationships at once Benefits Join a close-knit team of high-performing property professionals, with mentoring from a highly experienced Head of Sales & Marketing Career growth and monetary success - hard work will be rewarded!
