About the role Based Full-Time in our corporate office in Milsons Point, the Executive Assistant will deliver high-level executive, secretarial, and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer and other Senior leadership as required from time to time. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer with a broad portfolio this role will also provide support to the COO’s direct reports across various business units, coordinating workflows and assisting leaders with competing priorities. Key responsibilities include: Manage diaries and coordinate meetings Organise and book travel arrangements Monitor travel spend and manage related reporting Process expenses and credit card reconciliations Support the delivery of office projects and events Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Ensure effective communication across the business Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Contribute to the smooth running of daily business operations About you We seek a self-motivated and friendly Executive Assistant who is proactive, highly organised, and committed to providing exceptional support to our senior leadership team — ensuring seamless operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and embracing that no task is too small.
