What You Can Expect As the Kit Build Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and patients by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of surgical instrument kits. Your key responsibilities will include: Assembling medical instrument kits with precision and efficiency Responding to internal and external customer queries to uphold Zimmer Biomet's service standards Problem-solving around stock levels to ensure timely delivery of kits Continuously improving and optimising the kit build process How You'll Create Impact Materials Handling Pick and process orders Build instruments in line with the annual build plan Ship customer and internal orders on time Receive inbound inventory and place items into storage accurately Maintain and improve storage locations Identify and report stock discrepancies or anomalies Communication and Progress Reporting Provide clear and timely updates on kit build progress to internal and external stakeholders, including the sales team, supply chain, and management Answer queries from hospitals and other healthcare partners regarding kit availability and delivery timelines Liaise proactively with the supply chain team to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency Your Background What You'll Bring Year 12 (or equivalent) with strong literacy and numeracy skills High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate results Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders A collaborative and proactive team player with enthusiasm and energy Previous experience in quality inspection, ideally in the medical or healthcare industry (advantageous) Travel Expectations Limited travel may be requied from time to time.
