What you will be doing… Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will support several Partners (including the team lead) as well as the broader practice group. Your responsibilities will include: Providing secretarial and administrative support including monthly billing, electronic document file management Preparing briefs, drafting and amending court documents, and managing files Proactive diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel Assisting with monthly client reporting and billing Handling phone calls, correspondence, and general administrative tasks What you will bring… We’re looking for a candidate who is: Highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, previous experience within litigation is essential.
