What you will be doing We are currently looking for a Leasing Paralegal to join our clients' Real Estate division. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the team across various property-related matters, acting for both major landlords and tenants. While your primary focus will be on leasing, you will also gain exposure to commercial conveyancing matters. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting legal research and preparing property-related documents Managing case files and liaising with clients and stakeholders Drafting and reviewing leases and associated agreements Supporting lawyers with administrative and legal tasks as required. To be Successful… To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably within a mid to large-sized firm A strong understanding of property law concepts and procedures Excellent drafting and research skills A proactive and enthusiastic attitude The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
