Product Development & Architecture: Lead the research and adoption of new technologies, to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency. Leadership & Management: Act as a technical advisor to the Board of Directors on all technology-related matters. Lead, mentor, and expand the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. Implement best practices in agile development methodologies, code quality. Product Development & Architecture (continued): Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for all stock market products, from concept to launch. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior management position within the Fin-Tech or stockbroking industry. Deep expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications for a financial services environment. Strong knowledge of trading systems, market data feeds, and financial instruments. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
