With a strong presence in Australia they are expanding their team to drive the transition to a more sustainable! As a Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll take the lead on sales and tendering activities for high-voltage (HV) products and solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, product teams, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support the adoption of next-generation technologies. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings deep technical expertise in HV systems. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of HV equipment through engaging clients and delivering tailored solutions. Prepare and submit high-quality tenders and quotations with strong technical and commercial content. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Advocate for advanced technologies and support market education through presentations and roadshows. Collaborate with account managers, product teams, and marketing to align on strategy and share market intelligence. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning. Own sales targets, support strategic account planning, and contribute to contract negotiations. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. 7 years of experience in technical sales or engineering within the HV industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
