The Organisation JK are partnering with a Toowoomba-based manufacturer of agricultural and mining equipment, who are seeking skilled and reliable Manufacturing Labourers & Assemblers to join their high-performing team for an immediate start . The Role You’ll work on the factory floor in an experienced team, using hand and power tools to help assemble, measure, cut and prepare parts for production. With a mechanical mindset, you’ll pick up new tasks quickly. This is an ASAP start for an initial 2-month period, with full training provided if needed. Key Duties Use hand and power tools to assemble and prepare components Operate basic production machinery (training provided) Follow job sheets/work instructions and complete simple QA checks Keep the work area tidy; help with general labouring as required About You Confident using hand and power tools Mechanical mindset with ability to effectively pick up new processes Any production/manufacturing experience is a plus (not essential) Reliable, team-focused, and able to follow instructions Strong commitment to health and safety Please Note: All successful applicants will be require to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test prior to commencement onsite.
