The Workforce Support Officer is responsible for creating and maintaining the rosters throughout the Northern Territory for the Youth Detention and Youth Outreach and Re-Engagement work units within the Youth Justice Division. The role contributes to the planning and delivery of a variety of workforce support activities within the Youth Justice Division. This is achieved by providing operational and administrative support within a Human Resource best practice framework. Responsibilities will encompass administrative support for staff on Return-to-Work programs and the co-ordination of recruitment functions across the Youth Justice Division.
