Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Own the distribution centre's operations, ensuring seamless product flow from warehouse to customer. Drive continuous improvement by identifying smarter, faster, and more cost-effective ways of working. Anticipate challenges with proactive problem-solving and decisive action. Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with broader business objectives. Leverage data and insights to track performance and deliver meaningful improvements. Experience required: A proven track record & experience with a distribution centre (at least 5 years management experience) A leadership style that balances strategy & operations.
