Job Description As an Associate Cloud Ops Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll provide support to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms. This a BAU/ Support focused role, on a daily basis you will support the digital ops team. Key responsibilities include supporting and developing the digital ops team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly in AWS will be required. A positive, can-do attitude, combined with strong team mentoring, planning, and communication skills, will be key to your success. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships. You will work closely with other operations staff, engineering and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24 x 7.
