Description What’s the role? This role is part of the Infrastructure and Service Management team and offers a fantastic opportunity for a developer with a couple years’ experience looking to progress their ServiceNow career. Working within the IT Service Management (ITSM) squad, you’ll work with an experienced and talented team responsible for delivering new and exciting capabilities as we strive to be at the forefront of ITSM strategy and innovation. Work in an Agile or Scrum software development environment Work with BAs, Scrum masters and tech leads to refine backlog stories and provide technical input regarding ServiceNow configuration, best practice and platform features Document detailed designs and estimations Use your technical skills to develop the solution and provide peer support Contribute to the efficient operation of the squad and overall release train What do I need? A positive attitude and team-first mindset Good knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL with ITIL v4 certification preferred Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customisation and administration Relevant certifications of ServiceNow CSA and CAD Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs and forms workflows Working knowledge of other ServiceNow modules including ITOM, CMDB, Report/ Performance Analytics and Service Catalog/Portal Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices Proficient in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET is desirable Why join us?
