Description Qualified Educators – Multiple Roles Join our ACT region CRCS ELCs! We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Educators to join the team to help shape little minds and create a nurturing, fun learning environment. Multiple casual positions available to provide coverage preferably between Mondays and Fridays. To be successful, you will have: Ability to engage children in activities which are responsive and tailored to their interests and abilities. Ability to develop appropriate and sustained relationships with children. Demonstrated awareness of the rights of the child. Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, colleagues and other stakeholders. Demonstrated awareness of mandatory reporting obligations. Ability to follow directions and undertake tasks at all levels. Desirable Experience: Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care. First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010. Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training. Food Safety, Handling and Hygiene training. Demonstrated understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and Standards. Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
