Due to new business growth we are now seeking a talented Building Manager to join the JLL Property and Asset Management team in Parramatta to manage a new residential mixed-use development. You will work proactively to oversee and manage the building operations, day to day you will maintain resident relationships, conduct inspections, obtain quotes and arrange repairs of building services and identify non-compliance or risk issues for the assets. Paramount to your role is reviewing and administering operational procedures to ensure exceptional quality of service to all stakeholders. Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in facilities and building management operations, contractor management and compliance, and managing owner and resident relationships. You will possess qualifications either from a trade background or be tertiary qualified in building management and have a proactive and positive approach to your career. Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with excellent reporting and MS office skills.
