As a result are looking for an experienced Facade Project Manager to delivery this mega project. You’ll need Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with Tier 1 & 2 builders. Proven Project Management/Coordination background in Façade, Aluminium, or Windows & Doors. Technical understanding of facade systems. Full understanding of the project lifecycle — design, programming, budgets, contracts, site management, procurement, cost control, ITPs, etc. Excellent organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
