We are looking for an Assistant to support our Property Managers, with the possibility of providing relief in other areas of the office as needed. Your responsibilities will be : Cover a small portfolio of up to 35 Properties with the potential to grow this portfolio. Assist our current Property Managers in their day-to-day needs of property management, including home opens, routine inspections, final bond inspections, rent arrears follow up & maintenance follow up. Relief for reception on Lunch Breaks/Annual Leave and Rostered days off. Relief for Property Managers when on Annual Leave/RDO's or Sick. About You - Required : (MUST HAVE) - Current Certificate of Registration for Sales or Property Management. Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle Be tech savvy Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Proactive, punctual, and reliable Strong administration skills, organised, thorough and systems orientated. Excellent personal presentation and grooming Work within a team Fun approach with sense of humour. Enjoys being part of a hardworking, fun, high achieving team.
