Business Banking (BB) serves Commonwealth Bank’s small to mid-sized business, corporate, regional, and agribusiness clients with a comprehensive range of financial services and also supports personal and institutional online trading customers. Asset Finance (AF) delivers car and equipment financing to help businesses manage capital and acquire necessary assets. The Asset Finance Centre (AFC) supports both internal and external stakeholders in financing vehicles and business equipment, prepares loan documents, and manages settlements for asset finance transactions. Reporting to the Senior Team Manager for Fulfilment the Senior Fulfilment Officer assists various CBA segments by processing referrals and ensuring efficient, accurate asset finance solutions. Your Responsibilities: Upholding quality standards to support the Asset Finance Centre’s commitment to best practice outcomes. Engaging and managing both internal and external stakeholders, including front-line teams, support functions, suppliers, customers, and third parties. Overseeing allocations and workflow pipelines. Conducting daily workforce planning activities. Leading and facilitating team huddles. Serving as the initial point of contact for the Fulfilment Team, acting as the technical subject matter expert (SME). Leadership delegation as appropriate. Analysing rework, quality assurance, and volume trends to provide data-driven recommendations for coaching, training, and identifying gaps in standard operating procedures (SOPs). Managing system outages and incidents, providing effective workarounds, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Delivering monthly one-on-one coaching and job-specific training sessions.
