About the Role: Lead the delivery of a local developments from early works to completion. Oversee program, budget, procurement, and subcontractor management. Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Drive quality, safety, and sustainability outcomes across all phases. About You: Demonstrated experience managing mid-to-large scale projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide site and contract administration teams. Well-developed communication and negotiation abilities. A collaborative approach, with a genuine connection to regional Queensland.
