All extra hours paid Lawley’s Bakery Café is a café in the traditional European sense, where great coffee and delicious café-style food is served up every day alongside fresh bread and baked goods from the in-house bakery. The business is operating 11 Artisan bakery and cafes across the metro Perth and has been running since June 2003. All the 11 cafes have commercial kitchens, and the bakery have the following equipment: Refrigerators Cool Rooms Walk in Freezers Flour Silo Refrigerated Display Cabinets Air Conditioners Under-bench Fridges and Freezers Lawleys Bakery is currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to install, inspect, service, maintain and repair the above range of equipment across the 11 café’s and bakery. Essential Skills Installation and repair of components such as compressors. Motors, condensers and evaporators Determine task needed based on drawings and specifications, as well as defining installation reference points. Troubleshoot air conditioning/refrigeration equipment malfunctions Diagnose problems and perform maintenance on refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment Monitor and inspect heating and cooling systems to ensure continued proper operation Conduct service checks and change air filters Service and maintain air conditioning equipment Perform repairs and parts replacement Skills and Employment Experience At least 2 years relevant work experience Department of Training & Workforce Development Trade Certificate Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent) Have a strong adherence to OH&S and in keeping as a safe workplace environment Auto electrical skills and experience will also be highly regarded Be able to perform the physical requirements of the role If you meet the above criteria, please supply now.
