The Role We're seeking an Intermediate to Senior Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in delivering building services solutions across a diverse portfolio. You'll be involved from concept design through to project delivery, working closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, document, and deliver mechanical building services solutions (HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning). Work across retail, residential, and commercial projects. Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to provide coordinated designs. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Ensure compliance with Australian standards and best practice. About You: Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer or Building Services 5 years' experience in building services consultancy. Strong design and documentation experience in HVAC systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. CPEng or working towards chartership (desirable). Why Join?
