With an established Electrical Desk already operating at full speed, we’re looking for a Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator to support candidate management and mobilisation – no business development required. About the Role: This is a candidate-facing role, where you’ll be the go-to person ensuring our electricians are supported from first contact right through to site mobilisation. Working closely with our Electrical consultants, you’ll be responsible for: Candidate screening, registration, and compliance checks Coordinating medicals, inductions, and site access requirements Managing mobilisation paperwork and bookings Updating JobAdder and maintaining candidate records Regularly communicating with candidates to provide updates, support, and a positive experience This role is administration-focused with plenty of interaction with candidates – perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organised, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
