This role is focused on building relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, and brokers , generating leads, and securing new business opportunities to fuel ongoing growth. You will be instrumental in positioning the company as the builder of choice for insurance repair and restoration projects. About the Role: You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities within the insurance sector , with full operational delivery handled by an internal projects team, allowing you to focus on client acquisition and revenue generation. Key responsibilities include: Proactively identifying and securing new business with insurers, loss adjusters, and brokers Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders Promoting the company's capabilities and value proposition within the insurance and claims space Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry functions to build market presence Working toward and achieving sales targets and growth KPIs About You: You are a motivated, relationship-focused professional with deep knowledge of the insurance building industry . You understand how claims and restoration projects are managed, and you thrive on creating opportunities and building trust with clients.
