You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage service delivery, and ensure supports are tailored to meet individual needs in alignment with NDIS plans. You’ll foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement while balancing customer outcomes with commercial sustainability. Your leadership will be key to building strong relationships with families, carers, and stakeholders, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for the people we support. Key Responsibilities Lead person-centred service delivery that promotes independence, confidence, and social inclusion Manage site operations, staff performance, and workforce planning across multiple locations Ensure compliance with safeguarding frameworks, NDIS standards, and organisational policies Promote a positive team culture and support staff development and training Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to escalations and feedback Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting across sites Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree qualification in Human Services or a related field Experience managing site-based services within the disability or community services sector Strong leadership, operational management, and stakeholder engagement skills Knowledge of NDIS, safeguarding frameworks, and person-centred practice Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ability to lead teams through change and drive performance outcomes Proficiency in MS Office and service delivery systems Apply Here: If this is the opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’.
