We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team. About the Role As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will support the Talent and HR team with end-to-end coordination, including: Scheduling and booking interviews Liaising with candidates and hiring managers Coordinating medicals, background checks, and verifying certificates/licences Assisting with onboarding of new starters Supporting with systems, reporting, and general TA administration Managing competing priorities and expectations across a busy team Administration support About You We’re looking for someone who is: A fast learner with strong initiative and attention to detail Tech savvy and confident in picking up new systems quickly A strong communicator with a high sense of urgency Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience What’s on Offer Full-time, permanent role (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some flexibility) Parking available on-site A supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth and development Exposure to a well-established business with a strong reputation in its industry If you’re looking to take the next step in your recruitment/HR career and want to join a dynamic and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
