Requirements What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking motivated and experienced individuals who can contribute to leadership, governance, and operational support within a high-risk, refinery environment. Desired skills and competencies include: Proven experience in refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects Understanding of refinery processes, safety systems, and compliance frameworks Experience with quality assurance, HSE management, or project administration (role dependent) Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills Why EnerMech?
