Portfolio Specialist Job No: 677148 Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Melbourne - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Various Permanent Full Time Insurance Pay Band 5 As a Portfolio Specialist, you’ll contribute to the delivery of our Brand Portfolio Strategy by identifying, designing, and implementing initiatives that drive business outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse performance, uncover opportunities, and support the development of innovative product and pricing solutions. What You’ll Do Deliver tactical initiatives aligned to brand strategy and business objectives Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and margin Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Advisors to streamline delivery across product, promotion, and compliance Evaluate product and pricing initiatives and recommend improvements Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and risks Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team What You’ll Bring Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience in portfolio, product, or pricing roles (or similar business experience) Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Knowledge of consumer insurance products and market dynamics A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on outcomes What You’ll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
