This role is ideal for a documentation-focused professional who thrives on translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable artefacts. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, document processes, and support the delivery of data-driven solutions. The role is hands-on and requires a strong grasp of technical writing, data flows, and integration points. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality technical and process documentation using tools like Visio and Confluence Translate stakeholder input into structured requirements and artefacts Prepare documentation for Proof of Concept (POC) , Pilot , and RFQ phases, including scope, objectives, and success criteria Create tender packs with functional and technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and current/future state documentation Conduct gap analyses and document current/future processes, systems, and data flows (ETL, APIs, Cloud) Support rollout readiness through migration documentation, transition planning, and handover artefacts Produce visual documentation such as process maps , swim-lane diagrams , and data flow diagrams Requirements Essential Skills & Experience • Skilled in technical documentation and visualisation tools (Visio, Confluence) • Experience in business analysis with a strong technical documentation focus • Familiarity with data and analytics concepts such as Data lakes, Reporting tools, ETL processes, APIs, metadata, and cloud platforms • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working as an individual contributor
