Key Relationships Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager Property and Asset Managers Fund Finance Team Senior Management Internal and External Stakeholders Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Month-End Prepare and review of general ledger reconciliations Process month-end journals including prepayments, accruals, IFRS adjustments, and amortisation, etc. Provide assistance in the preparation of group consolidation and reporting Review of various fee calculations (IM fee, Devt fee, Acquisition fee, leasing fee, etc.) on a monthly basis Review and analysis of monthly expense movements Review of monthly movement of Co-investments Preparation and review of tax returns, BAS, Fringe benefits tax and payment times reporting Preparation of tax/distribution calculations and laise with external advisors Review of issuance of various revenue invoices Prepare monthly P&L variance commentary Team Supervision and Support Provide support to the Finance Manager Supervise and review the work of other junior team members Assist with onboarding and offboarding of properties Provide support on various ad-hoc requirements Forecasting and Budgeting Partner with business units to prepare accurate forecasts and reporting Contribute/Assist FP&A on budget preparation Provide support on cash flow management Compliance and Controls Ensure compliance with GS007, statutory audit, tax compliance, debt covenants and internal controls Process Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement Suggest and contribute to process improvements and finance initiatives Liaise with property/asset managers, fund finance, and other stakeholders on ad-hoc requirements Requirements Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Essential Requirements: High attention to detail Strong communication and time management skills Ability to meet tight deadlines Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently Proactive and adaptable in a changing environment Problem-solving skills Desirable Requirements: Experience in funds or real estate Experience with Yardi ERP
