About the role As a Project Officer / HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational learning and development initiatives that support DCJ’s mission to create safe, just, inclusive and resilient communities. You’ll contribute to the design, coordination and implementation of projects that build workforce capability across a wide range of service areas—from child protection and youth justice to housing and corrections. What you’ll do • Support the development and delivery of L&D programs aligned with organisational priorities and workforce needs. • Coordinate project activities including stakeholder engagement, resource planning, reporting, and evaluation. • Contribute to the design of learning solutions that are inclusive, evidence-based, and responsive to feedback. • Collaborate across teams to ensure learning initiatives are well-integrated and meet the diverse needs of our workforce. • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
