Key Responsibilities Driving Business & Cultural Transformation Lead enterprise-wide change management with clear plans, milestones, communications, and success metrics. Establish the HR function as a credible, action-oriented partner by building trust across the executives, board, and RemCo. Lead the design and delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Lift leadership and manager capability through targeted development initiatives. Strategy, Planning and Delivery Design and deliver a customer-focused People strategy that connects employee experience to commercial performance and customer outcomes. Drive organisation design and workforce planning to lift capability and speed of execution. Implement practical frameworks for performance and development, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership. Redesign remuneration frameworks to be simple, fair, and clearly understood, aligning measures to business performance and risk. Data-Driven Results Establish key people metrics and regularly report progress to the Executive and Board. Establish robust remuneration benchmarking. Oversee all HR operations and compliance. Deep expertise in organisational design, change management, and the design of remuneration frameworks, including STI/LTI and market benchmarking. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR regulations within the financial services industry, and broader frameworks such as APRA and ASIC. Your background Minimum of 10 years in senior HR leadership roles, including a Head of HR or equivalent position. Experience in financial services, FinTech or other similar highly regulated environment. Proven experience in leading organisational change and transformation, particularly in a post-merger or acquisition environment. A track record of elevating the HR function into a trusted business partner. Demonstrated success in influencing and engaging at the Board level. Experience designing and implementing remuneration and reward frameworks. Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
