The Role: Reporting to a supportive Regional Manager of Victoria, your typical day will involve: Making warm outbound calls to businesses and customers Scheduling appointment times for the Business Development Managers to attend Assisting in securing commercial cleaning contracts and supporting the growth of the company’s client base Ad hoc administration duties as required About YOU: Previous sales support or outbound sales experience highly regarded Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport over the telephone Good computer skills including MS Office and experience using a CRM is highly regarded A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and part of a small team This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team with a great culture and contribute to their ongoing success.
