We are looking for an exceptionally talented HR / Administration staff member to join our amazing team. You'll play a key role in HR administration, data entry, recruitment, and payroll. Along with supporting the People and Culture Manager and CEO with general HR tasks. This is a casual contract currently covering 2-3 days a week, but has potential to increase to part time/full time hours in the future. Responsibilities: Proactive with HR Administration and HRIS Systems Collecting and processing payroll data ie Timesheet Approvals etc Supporting recruitment by screening applicants, book in interviews General HR tasks and data entry Requirements Experience with HR, Office administration and processes required Excel and Microsoft Suite experience required Organisation, time management and communication essential Proactive attitude and team player For this position a NDIS Screening check / Yellow Card and Blue Card is required for the industry, applicants must be willing to secure these before starting.
