Due to expansion in their offering and associated customer acquisition, they are seeking a Data Engineering Manager to join and lead this growing organisation and play a crucial role in the further evolvement of the business. This will include advancements in AI (Artificial Intelligence), team leadership and strategic advice. The Role Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data and define business solutions Lead and develop a team of skilled Data Engineering specialists Recruitment, development and retention of team members Work closely with the senior leadership team (SLT) to create a delivery environment which results in exceptional staff and customer satisfaction Be involved in projects to drive alignment to data architecture and business transformation Work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects from across the organization as well as Technical Leads across Engineering and Analytics The Successful candidate Must have worked in a leadership and mentorship role You will have worked closely alongside Data Architects, Engineers and Analysts. Experience within the Financial Services industry is highly advantageous You will have strong technical skills, notably around Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS and Azure highly advantageous) What's on offer?
