Job Description In this role your duties will include (but not limited to): Oversee and assist with managing the in-house Laundry Department. Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities. Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld. Support roster planning and operational efficiency. Coach, mentor and train Public Area Attendant team members in line with brand standards. Respond to guest requests, feedback, and solve problems with professionalism and urgency. Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience.
