Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary vision and launch our new rooftop restaurant. As Head Chef, you’ll bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for exceptional food while ensuring the highest standards of consistency, presentation and quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and execution of Cleo’s Mediterranean-inspired menu, with the support from the Executive Chef Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including rostering, ordering and food safety compliance. Manage costs effectively while maintaining exceptional quality. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team. Champion creativity, seasonality and sustainability in menu planning. Partner with the front of house team to ensure seamless dining experience aligned with Cleo’s brand.
