Job Description About the Project ACCIONA is proud to be delivering the Rockhampton Ring Road with our JV partner Fulton Hogan– a transformative infrastructure project that will improve connectivity, safety, and freight efficiency in Central Queensland. As part of our growing team, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our site office. About the Role ACCIONA is looking to add a Site Office Manager to the team. You will be the backbone of our site administration, responsible for coordinating office activities, managing documentation, supporting project teams, and maintaining a professional and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the site office Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation for site personnel Maintain accurate records and filing systems Support onboarding of new staff and contractors Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Required Skills and Competencies About You Proven experience in office management or site administration (construction or infrastructure preferred) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team Knowledge of WHS practices and site protocols is desirable Why Join Us?
