Westgold Resources is seeking a dedicated and people-focused Senior People Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Beta Hunt Operations on a permanent 8 days on, 6 days off roster. This site-based role will act as the primary point of contact for employees within allocated departments, delivering expert guidance across a broad range of HR activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide advisory support across performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and coaching. Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes. Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and relevance to business needs. Lead cyclical HR initiatives including remuneration and salary reviews, aligned with internal strategy. Collaborate with corporate and divisional HR teams to ensure consistency in practices and priorities. Interpret and advise on Awards, Industrial Agreements, and employment legislation. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for IR/ER matters. Support injury management processes including workers compensation, fitness for work, and return-to-work programs. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Organisational Development or Business. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR advisory role (experience in mining/resources preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business. Proven ability to coach and educate leaders on employment legislation and HR best practices. Solid understanding of employment and industrial relations legislation and frameworks.
