You'll provide high-level executive support to the Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner, ensuring their time and priorities are managed effectively while building strong relationships across the Commission and beyond. What you'll do As the Executive Assistant, you will: manage complex diaries, emails, appointments and event schedules for the Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner coordinate high-level meetings and stakeholder engagement, including preparing agendas, papers and logistics oversee communication and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism support projects, record-keeping and SharePoint updates for the Office of the Commissioner act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across the Commission. Who we're looking for We are seeking someone who: has demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, ideally within government is highly organised and proactive, with excellent planning and multitasking skills has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders is adaptable, solutions-focused and able to anticipate issues before they arise has advanced digital skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 applications.
