The Strategic Procurement, Contracts & Panels Team plays a vital role in supporting Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR). We are seeking a Procurement and Contracts Officers, with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, who has experience in procurement activities or is able to demonstrate how their previous experience translates to the role. This role will support the delivery of a range of time-critical procurement activities, contract management, panel procurements & panel management and reporting. We work closely with project teams to provide expert advice on procurement processes and maintain compliance with legislative requirements, including contract notifications and variations. In this role, you will be at the heart of government procurement, managing records, coordinating processes, and engaging with stakeholders to drive efficiency and transparency. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the management of panel arrangements, supporting strategic procurement initiatives. Business Unit Overview Contributing to the Territory’s capital works program, the Procurement, Contracts and Panels team maintain the suite of contemporary contracts, provide support for the use of the standard suite of contracts including advice, contract preparation and establishment. The team work across iCBR and ACT Government to establish procurement panels enabling directorates to purchase from suppliers across the goods and services categories.
