This is a hands-on role working closely with the Production Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly on a fully automated production line. About the Role Assist the Production Supervisor with day-to-day operations Operate and monitor production equipment, including hoppers, chillers, and packaging machines Help resolve machinery issues and minimise downtime - we want someone who can think on their feet Follow strict food safety and quality procedures Complete production paperwork and documentation as required What We're Looking For 2 - 3 years previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing Strong mechanical aptitude - someone who can help troubleshoot minor machinery issues Good communicator with a can-do attitude - no passengers here!
