Challenger Services Group is hiring an experienced and dedicated Food Production Supervisor to lead our high-performing team in Tennyson, Brisbane . Your role will be split evenly between 50% cleaning duties and 50% labouring tasks . You will lead a cleaning team of up to five people while also performing hands-on duties. You will be the primary point of contact with on-site management and responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Shift times: 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday Key responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cleaning team of up to five. Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact with on-site management. Procedural Compliance: Follow all schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of quality and hygiene standards are maintained. Hands-On Duties: Perform both cleaning and labouring tasks as required. Why join us? Who We’re Looking For Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a food production or similar environment. Specialized Knowledge: Experience in high-risk and high-care food processing cleaning. Licenses & Certifications: Knowledge of HACCP and GMP . Forklift license is a plus but not required. We will provide a training course for the right applicant. Safety Understanding: A strong grasp of WH&S processes and the correct, safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Professional: Well-presented, with sound communication and grooming skills.
