The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong ERP and enterprise systems expertise to support a high-profile program of work. The role involves developing architectural blueprints, supporting ERP uplifts, and working with multidisciplinary teams to design secure and scalable solutions. The Role As a Solution Architect, you will: Translate business and technical requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs Develop architectural blueprints and ensure solutions align with business goals and standards Design, configure, and integrate ERP solutions (HR, Finance, and edge systems) across hybrid and networked environments Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, subject matter experts, and cyber security specialists Ensure solutions incorporate appropriate cyber and security controls for government settings Produce clear documentation, diagrams, and technical details to support decision-making by both technical and non-technical audiences The Ideal Person You are an accomplished Solution Architect with demonstrated experience across ERP and enterprise system design. You bring strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge complex technical requirements and practical business outcomes. You will bring: Proven experience translating requirements into solution architecture and detailed design documents Hands-on experience with ERP processes, technologies, and system integrations (HR and Finance systems preferred) Ability to develop and deliver high-level and detailed design solutions in complex environments Strong understanding of hybrid environments, networks, and edge product integration Familiarity with cyber security and compliance requirements in government contexts Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present designs to technical and non-technical audiences Bonus if you have: Prior experience supporting ERP uplift initiatives across government Exposure to PeopleSoft, Aurion, or TechnologyOne environments Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate) Please note this opportunity is only open to Australian Citizen’s with minimum Baseline Clearance as per the requirement of the Federal Government.
