About the Role: As a Part-Time Cleaner at Challenger, you'll play a key role in supporting residents by providing high-quality cleaning services that help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes. Key Responsibilities: Compassionate: Delivering friendly, respectful, and professional cleaning services directly in private homes within the retirement village. Tailored Cleaning: Following a schedule and performing a variety of tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning and taking out rubbish, etc., while respecting each client's individual needs, routines, and preferences. Safety & Compliance: Following all safety procedures and hazard policies to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and residents. What we're looking for: Essential Clearances: A current National Police Check (required). Health & Safety: Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (required). Mobility: A reliable car and valid driver's licence (required). A personal vehicle is recommended for candidates living more than 30 minutes from the site. Team & Independent Work: The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. Experience Level: No professional cleaning experience required – full training is provided.
