The Role Our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer with either M&A, IT or Procurement experience to join its team in Melbourne. The role will see the successful applicant working across complex commercial contracting, sponsorship agreements, media and event agreements, broadcasting rights agreements, licensing, M&A and procurement. Clients will include some of the our largest footballing codes, racing authorities, local and international sporting clients, brand named corporates, automotive clients and large-scale manufacturing clients, the list goes on! The role will suit candidates with solid corporate experience in commercial, project or tech out of a top 10 law firm or recognised boutique. You don’t need specific sports/media industry experience and in some ways wider industry corporate or IT or even high value construction procurement will be preferred.
