This role is based in our Sydney office in Queenscliff with the National sales and marketing teams. About the Role This is a 5 days part-time position from Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 3pm. (hours can be flexible) The purpose of this role is to provide high quality sales support to the Australian Sales team with day-to-day administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner, including providing research and analysis of sales data. The role will include supporting the National Sales Support persons role when on leave. Key Responsibilities Domestic Sales Support: Timely and accurate processing of invoices in multiple platforms Review and manage stock in various warehouses Assist in managing relationships with major retailers, including Endeavour Group and Coles. Commission Processing: Accurately process commission payments for the sales team. Sales Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making, planning store visit priorities Promotion Verification: Ensure that all promotions and pricing are correctly implemented and tracked via websites Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to our retail partners and sales representatives and address any inquiries or issues promptly. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets. Merchandising: Visit stores during peak periods, to support merchandising efforts to maximise all sales opportunities Ideally you will have Proven experience in business support administration to a large sales team Experience in MYOB, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Pivot Tables Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
