About the Role AWX are seeking Production/Process Operators for an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients based in Townsville . This hands-on role involves assisting in the manufacture and production of products within a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Duties: Quality Control Material Handling Operate Machinery and Equipment Use of Power tools Heavy lifting and manual handling General site clean-up and other tasks as directed by the supervisor Roster & Hours • Monday to Friday • Day, Afternoon and Night shifts • Must be flexible and open to working both shifts • Overtime may be available during busy periods What We're Looking For • Forklift Licence ( preferred but not essential ) • Physically fit and capable of manual labour • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, physical, and Drug & Alcohol test • Basic literacy and numeracy skills • Reliable, motivated, and ready to work • Local to the Townsville area How to Apply Click APPLY NOW to upload your resume and cover letter.
