We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join a factory production team in Townsville. This is a full-time role from the start , not casual, offering stability and the chance to grow with a well-established company. About the role: You’ll be working on the production line, feeding plastic beads into hoppers, operating around ovens, and assisting with removing tanks from moulds. The site is highly automated with robotic systems that reduce heavy manual handling, but you’ll still need to be comfortable working in hot conditions.
