As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, handling enquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Using your automotive mechanical background, you will be Answering inbound calls from customers and providing accurate information and support Handling customer enquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner Resolving customer issues and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members Assisting in warehouse as required with Inwards and Outward goods.
