Position No: ZPA3172080 Salary/Level: Level 1, $33.5990 - $38.3136 per hour 25% casual loading plus 12% Superannuation Tenure: Casual Location: Perth Zoo, Western Australia Customer Service Officers are critical to the delivery of an excellent visitor experience for visitors and guests to Perth Zoo - including but not limited to the front entrance, memberships counter, carousel, retail and reception. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrated ability to accurately handle cash and use a computerised point of sale system and/or ticketing computer system.
