The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met across the project lifecycle. This role demands precision, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to navigating complex contractual frameworks in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and negotiate contracts including EPC, consultancy, vendor, and subcontractor agreements.Ensure alignment with FIDIC, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks, including maritime and environmental compliance.Liaise with legal teams, procurement, engineering, and client representatives to ensure contractual clarity and alignment.Support dispute resolution and claims management processes.Monitor scope changes and variations; prepare documentation for claims and change orders.Maintain logs and records of contractual correspondence and amendments.Develop contract status reports, risk registers, and dashboards for senior management.Maintain organized records of executed contracts, amendments, and correspondence. Qualifications & SkillsBackground in Engineering is a mustMinimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracting standards.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication skills
